SHIPPING METHODS:
UPS Groud, UPS 2nd Day or Next Day air, Air freight, or truck shipments upon request. Customer pays all shipping charges.  Shipping is done using customer designated freight forwarders. Our policy is to ship F.O.B. Albion, MI,  U.S.A. with freight, insurance and customs clearance charges collect.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY:
Customers will assume freight charges incoming and outgoing. All items are subject to a limited warranty of one year from shipment date. The warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the defective unit. This policy is void for any unit which has been damaged from misuse, tampering, improper installation, lightning strike or solar heating damage.

A.D.L. FEEDS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AGAINST SUN OR HEAT DAMAGE!

All feeds have heat sensitive parts. All Parabolic antennas are inherently excellent solar reflectors. Feeds are mounted at the focal point; therefore it is essential the antenna reflects as little heat as possible to the focal point. The antenna's exterior parabolic surface should be of a no-reflective finish such as a flat off-white non-gloss paint.

REPAIRS NOT UNDER WARRANTY:
Customers will assume freight charges incoming and outgoing. Repairs will be billed on a time plus materials basis.

NON-PAYMENT:
Non-payment of invoices for the product within 60 days of the shipment date will automatically void all warranties either expressed or implied.

RETURNS:
No returns will be made without authorization. A 25% re-stocking charge will apply. We will not accept any products that are not new and not in the A.D.L. box or if taken apart for any reason.
